Venue was overpacked

The artist is fabulous - I have seen him many times. The venue was terrible. It was completely overwhelmed. The drink lines were into the crowd all the way to the opposite side of the venue. There were so many people that I couldn’t hear the singer at all. I didn’t even know what song he was playing half the time. If you weren't within ten people do the stage, you could not see the band at all. I left this concert completely unfulfilled and disappointed. The venue should not fill the itself so much that no one can actually enjoy the show. I know several people who went who experienced the same problems that I did.
